Got any cool lookin' planters, pots, or yard art

Not really cool or different but this African Violet is about 30 years old! Never been repotted; only a little soil added once in a long while. I'm shocked it's still alive and well o_O My friend planted it over 30 years ago and left it behind when I bought his house from him.

That's a beautiful plant. Years ago, when all my fish died, I decided to start planting African Violets in the empty fish tank. I read a book on how to start up the process. I had about 8 different coloured plants and various dwarf ferns. I added a growing light and sat back and enjoyed the lovely sight. It did look lovely for a few years, but the dreaded mealy bugs ruined them .

I have a couple of more plants in pots out front now, this picture was several weeks ago.

Many Bottle Trees are found in all different colors.
Growing up, all I saw in rural Alabama was Blue (cobalt) Bottles, so that's what I have.
Lots of history links on Bottle Trees. Here's one ... Bottle Tree History

Now that was an interesting article about blue bottles. When my Cootamundra Wattle tree started to die down, I quickly sanded it off and painted the bark with Cobalt Blue paint. It looked lovely. Another tree I hung crystal drops all over it and when it rained, and the sun shone on it and there was a beautiful sight of sparkling crystals. My grandchildren loved to visit Nana's Magic Garden. Wish I still had it.

Nice. You don't have to water them and they look great all year long.

I don’t have many fancy pots but I have enjoyed finding ceramic masks to cover limb cuts on an old fig tree in my garden. I started with the one in the fore ground here which strikes me as African or maybe Thai and then collected the white one which always strikes me as Japanese or Asian at least.
