I get up and check my email, then Senior Forum. After dinner, I do my 4 games, and if there's nothing good on TV, I'll mess around in YouTube.

There are a lot of edible and nutritious plants out there, many are even native to your area but "forgotten." Many of them even have attractive flowers. Also some that are nonhealthy or toxic, and it doesn't hurt to be aware of those.

This is pretty much it. Maybe find something old on youtube later. Even getting tired of my games. I'm at the point now I'm only using the internet for important life tasks or research pretty much. I'm even reading the print editon of the newspaper again and collecting more books.

I am gifted as far as sleep goes like tonight I'm going to bed at 10 pm will sleep to 8 am but sadly yes bathroom breaks .

A little research on landline phones. I'm getting rid of mine. I have the old type with copper wires outside. Telephone companies have already begun phasing out copper wire landline phones.

Every day I check my personal emails/ respond, then come here to see what's happening may post in one or more of the threads. After I leave, I ck out Youtube to see how my fav baseball team, LA Dodgers did,watch other videos

Email, bank accounts, Cronometer, Amazon, Senior Forum, Facebook, pinterest, rabbit forum, keto forum, research for blog post, edit photos, write blog post, YT videos and then do it all over again several times through out the day. Today included buying books on eBay and checking on my water delivery.
