Ooh... I'll have to see if I can find some of those. What, if anything, do you put on them?We've bought frozen green onion crepes at a Chinese supermarket. They're thin, so, only take a few seconds to heat in a non-stick fry pan.

In San Francisco there was an Asian restaurant serving green onion pancakes with peanut butter sauce. The sauce was so delicious. It was zippy not too hot, lots of garlic and I think there were scallions in it too. I've never been able to recreate it but it was so delicious on those pancakes!@StarSong
