I am very satisfied with my carrier, Metro PCS. I'm glad we didn't listen to my step-daughter years ago when she warned us about getting Metro. Here's why I love the plan:
~Unlike when I was on Sprint, I no longer get dropped calls. Sprint even had to provide special equipment for our apartment, so calls wouldn't drop in here.
~I always know what my bill is going to be $60/mo, with no hidden, surprise or questionable charges.
~When I upgraded to the unlimited plan a few years ago, Metro included Amazon Prime as a perk.
~Their hotspot is great. I've used it when my internet service was temporarily out and when I was on the go. Now with my 5G phone, I don't have to turn on the hotspot. Most of the time the mobile data feature automatically connects when I leave home.
