@RadishRose A salmon recipe I found today called for 1/4 C maple syrup, 1/4 C rum and a tsp of dijon. Marinate the salmon for a couple of hours and bake in parchment paper for 20 minutes.
If you don’t want to use the rum, you can drink it first.
Everything tastes better with maple syrup!
Pour it on just before you plate the salmon, or whatever goes underneath the syrup.
I can't comment on those other 2 ingredients I am not personally familiar with.
However, I would be very willing to help to eat it,
with all of them, if someone else here is cooking it!
