How not to have an affair

I was wondering when someone would bring this up... it's been the most viral thing I've seen on the 'Net. And the memes! Even some music bands/stars are getting in on it. I shouldn't laugh, but golly, these people weren't the brightest bulb in the chandelier, were they?! I feel absolutely horrified for the wife, though. šŸ˜–

I'll come back and edit if I can re-find the funniest meme I saw earlier today.

Ok it was rather amusing but I don't think the man should lose his job. It is a private matter really. This must be devastating for them and their families.

I don't like this new thing of audiences being filmed by performers, it has happened in theatre productions in recent times when we were there, though we didn't get filmed. Surely it is an intrusion on people's privacy?
I am a very shy quiet person myself and would hate my face being beamed up for all to see.

I would agree if the woman wasnā€™t an executive in the same company.

I would be amazed if the company doesnā€™t have some sort of policy about such things, especially at the executive level.

My takeaway from all of this would be not to involve myself with a married person.

If a person will lie and cheat on his wife he would not hesitate to lie and cheat on me or anyone else including his employer, stockholders, etcā€¦
 
Was it not an invasion of that couple's privacy? Especially since the singer made damaging comments about them. They are a laughing stock and likely both will lose their jobs and relationships.
To have millions laughing at them is so cruel. We surely ought not to judge and destroy anyone's lives.

I find this all quite scary really, although I laughed like everyone else at first.

I wonder if they had just continued as they were and not tried to evade the kiss cam, would anyone have noticed.

During the 80ā€™s, I worked at a law firm in Dallas. There were 6 attorneys, 1 being a female. After maybe 4 years,the rumor going was that one of the senior partners was having an affair with the beautiful young litigator. He was married and I guess I knew about the alleged affair for maybe a month.

One beautiful spring afternoon, 3 of us were sitting in a conference room preparing 2 of our clients for the next dayā€™s trial. We were involved in a multimillion dollar lawsuit with a company that stole 2 patents from one of our clients. All of a sudden, the partnerā€™s wife came charging through the doors and went straight to the man while calling him every name that I ever heard and throwing our papers on the floor. The 2 clients ran out the door and I kind of stayed still while the rampage went on. My first thought was she had a gun.

The partner made over $1mil per year, plus his bonus. That was a lot of money back then. His wife was always very pleasant, dressed to the nines and she was very pretty. Long story short, he lost it all. She cleaned him out even before the divorce was final. The female attorney was legally fired because she violated the at will policy and the partner was forced to sell out to the other partners and leave the company. After that 1 time, I had to wonder what did it take to make some men happy.

Why are we ignoring the fact that the lady involved must have known he was married, and she went along with him anyway? She knew he was married. She knew his wife would be hurt. She did it anyway. Or am I missing something honest and wholesome about her? Did his kids do something so bad to his girlfriend that she was justified in helping to tear this family apart?

Mr. Epsteinā€˜s second in command was a woman. True? Or did I miss something.
