Absolutely barring any horrible disease, can't see any reason why he can't.
In fact he looks better than Paul MCCartney now.. whose one year older... .... because much as you might not believe it, Mick actually keeps himself very fit... he does a lot of sporty things, and he rides a bike wherever he can, especially around the little town in France where he has a home...
