Whats For Dinner/Supper ?

Leftovers.

Warmed over slices of mushrooms and boneless ribeye in gravy for a diner style hot sandwich with summer squash, peppers and onions as a side.

A second package of leftover beef and gravy for the freezer.

I guess it’s a sign that I’m getting old when I can get three meals from a 12 ounce boneless steak.
