Went to a cafe last night with DH, DD, DSIL & GKs. I ordered one of the below, DH ordered the other and we went halfsies. Both sandwiches were delicious, plus came with very generous side salads.

Tonight I cooked belly pork rashers in a red onion, Grain mustard , red wine, & beef gravy... and had it with Mashed Sweet Potato & Swede...

Made assorted pizzas for the family crew last night. I ate salad pizza as cheese doesn't agree with me. (I made a crust with only tomato sauce on it, cut it in quarters, then on one of the quarters I piled on green leaf lettuce, arugula, sliced cukes, sliced tomatoes, some kalamata olives and a little Italian dressing.
Delicious and my stomach didn't scream at me overnight.

It was. I start out eating it with a knife and fork, but can pick it up with my hand when I get closer to the outer edge (cornicione).

Lunch is a spinach salad with apples, pears and walnuts. Pretty close rerun of what I brought to DD's for Thanksgiving, but I added some barley to today's to give it some sticking power.
The salad was a big hit at TG, so I'll likely be asked to make it again next year.
