Trying Welsh Food …Enjoy

Looks yummy to me! I think I I could be very happy living there. I am not sure about the lamb, I have had it here but found it a little to gamey for me. I understand that lamb there may have a very different flavor there. I would try it for sure. As I understand it the way it is raised has a big impact on the flavor and you have it to a fine art.

We have more sheep than people…Welsh lamb is delicious

I have an imaginary trip formulated for an all encompassing visit to my ancestral lands of Wales and Northern Ireland & Scotland. I'd love to pack my bags and go in person, but I'm not seeing that actually happening.
well if you do ever get the chance ..and can only choose one place to visit.. then make it Scotland..... it's stunning landscapes more so than Ireland , and the people are very friendly...

@hollydolly , Not wanting to hijack Furryanimal's thread, I'll shortly put up a thread in the Travel Section(we do have one?) laying out my imaginary trip itinerary, and inviting others to share their 'dream holiday'.
