A dime well spent in 1939, that’s for sure.
Hard to believe something that cost ten cents in 1939 has now brought over nine million.
Bet there were some other interesting things in that attic too.

One thought could be that its a tax write off for someone with a lot of money. The depreciation on $9 million could be sizeable enough to nearly eradicate your yearly tax liability.
