How are you today?

Went yesterday to a car stereo shop my son advised me to go to, I LOVE that woman who runs it.
She took time and patience to try everything she knew to pair my phone to be sure it was just not my phone.
She tried so hard to save me from having to buy a whole new unit. When she saw for sure Dodge had walled up
every and anything to stop it, she got so mad at them.
I do have to get a whole new unit but she was a few 100 dollars less then the other shop for the same thing.

Her and I hit it off, laughed, talked religion, children, music. She was adorable. My son insisted I go there, glad I did!
Surprising thing is I was the 1st to come in with this problem so far. I told her to get ready for more business then as
I am sure I am not the only one this has been done to.

So Friday my new unit gets put in which is good because my very dear friend in Indiana called me to tell me her DH
has had a severe heart attack, one artery 100% blocked and the other 2 are 50% and he is too frail for surgery. So I
know she will want us at the funeral. Her DH is at home with medication and she's doing the just waiting duty.
I will need a GPS screen since I never have been to her new home so that will help my panic when the time comes.

There are NO coincidences.
 

Morning. Tired from yesterday at work but otherwise doing alright. We too are expecting snow. Not sure on the amounts yet. But everyone to the south of us in KS is expecting at least 4-7 inches. Our low temp will be -17F on Friday night and the high Saturday will be -8F. I hafta work so not looking forward to that.
 
I’m quite pleased with myself for not spending $80. I wasted over an hour searching online for a deeper lap table. What I was looking at didn’t seem big enough. Lately I’ve been balancing my one lap table on top of a cushion. This works but was rather precarious. Today I put my second thin lap table on top of the first and this is a better setup.
 
cut my finger at the grocery store today. not sure how. got blood on the cart .after I put my groceries in the car I wiped down the cart with wet wipes because I know I would not want to touch someone else's blood. People must have thought it was strange someone wiping the cart down after using it probably should just stay home.i bleed easily and have low platelets. they call it thrombocytopenia.
 
I keep forgetting to mention that we have daffodils outside the front door that have buds on them. Buds in spite of the strange weather we've had this winter:)!

If the storm we're being threatened with actually materializes, it'll be interesting to see what becomes of the buds after it's all over.
 
My annual physical is scheduled for two weeks from now. Today they had me drop in to straighten out some prescriptions. Why are they weighing me? Why do they want to draw blood. Turns out they decided to do the physical today. I did not fast after midnight. Oh well its done. They will use the scheduled appointment for follow up. Has everyone gone mad?

Okay, I think I'm going to call this finished. It came out alright. My writing is a little wonky, but that's okay. Now I can package it with my little trinket gift and get it moving across the Atlantic. :) I did, for the most part, enjoy this project, which is what I was hoping for.

JUST GOT BACK TO EQUILIBRIUM - MY INTERNET FADED OUT! - I usually panic and I did - - mobile still working no landline - live in a forest remember? spoke to a lovely gentle man via MP - very reassuring who then handed me to an Indian lady - don't get me wrong I love the Indian ladies but when they shake their heads and speak at break neck speed I am lost - and I was - she nearly got me to have a main phone put in - {not possible no cables I live in a forest }

do I want to live anywhere else ? - who's offering? haha. and then she spoke to AS and AS spoke to B and B twiddled something and I was back on in a twink of an eye!! - it doesn't happen often but when it does WOW! and I also have to let the dog out and feed him too! haven't had time for breakfast yet - may as well make it lunch?
