Books! How do you read and what do you read?

What's the title/author? I might check it out.. sounds interesting.
The one I'm reading now is by Patrick Stenson, published in 1984 by W.W. Norton. It's out of print but available from third-party sellers and, I presume, on eBay and other such sites.

Ooh, there are two new biographies coming out! I thought it was the same book with different UK and US titles. Strangely, they have the same cover. I wonder what's going on with that. I don't have time to do any searching right now.

I haven't heard of either of these authors, but The History Press is known for publishing truly excellent Titanic scholars.

I've just finished the audio of:

Marvel's Spider-Man: Hostile Takeover
By: David Liss, Marvel
Narrated by: Pete Cross

It was my first Marvel book and I enjoyed it. I'm out of Audible credits for now, but found a shorter one:

Spider-Man: Deadly Cure
By: Bill McCay, Marvel
Narrated by: Tim Paige

included with my membership so I'm listening to that. It's not bad, so far.

I may have to re-listen to something or find something on Spotify until I have another credit.

Thank you!!

I just reread The Old Man and the Sea, one of my favorite books from when I was younger. Compared to reading on a device, I definitely prefer real, paper books.

I love just sitting by myself with a cup of coffee, reading while the sun is setting. Too bad if I drink coffee at dusk, I won’t be able to sleep 😂

Yesterday afternoon started reading a book from our library"Paths of Glory' by Jeffrey Archer
Its based on true story of British mountaineer, George Mallory who from an early age loved to climb, his goal in life was to climb Mt Everest.

I have gotten impatient with reading books, I admit with guilt.
I read directions of things I buy and a Daily Devotional. I think it's because I fall asleep if I sit too long in one spot.

It has to be the right book for me to read it.

I've read one complete book. It is called "50" by Avery Corman (Author of Kramer vs Kramer and Oh, God)

It's a book about a sportswriter and how his life gets on after a divorce and coming close to 50. I could relate to him in many ways so it was of interest that way.
