This morning around 11:30 was watching on You tube a live feed from Niagara Falls, Ontario,which was frozen over The temp was 2 windchill -30. It looked strange to see it like that, but considering how bitterly cold its been the past week doesn't; surprise me

Lt snow - - -maybe an inch or two with the temp. at 23. Most likely a bit colder inland, away from the coast.

It's 13 degrees with a severe wind chill.
I only have to open the door to check my wall mounted mailbox. I had to wear a coat to open the door. Then the wind took my breath away.

Sunny and still cold, but just a hint more mild than it's been. The forecast indicated a gradual warming trend this week. We may even get up near the freezing point (32F, 0C).
