I have a friend going through colon cancer right now. She went through an oral (?) chemo and radiation. The tumors shrunk but didn't go away and now has a spot (cancerous) on her liver.
She's getting a second opinion but unless it changes she goes full force chemo next week.

Although I probably only saw him in one thing (one of the Princess Diary movies), I was surprised to learn of his passing. Too young and he has such a beautiful family. Hopefully his passing from colon cancer, will shed more light on the issue and be a catalyst for those under 50 to get regular screenings. He advocated for that after his diagnosis. Colon cancer is now considered one of the leading causes of death amongst the younger generation.

It saddens me to see all of these people passing away from cancer.
Although I don't understand how cancer almost seems to be accepted, but "Covid" was something akin to the end of the world?
