Is there any such thing as a free lunch?

Our missions provide hot dinners six nights a week. Other places like the Salvation Army, churches, etc provide groceries. Food libraries (they look like those free library boxes) are stocked with food supplies. These are near the spots they squat in. They would be provided accommodation but they refuse to give up drugs in the living spaces. Most will come inside during a severe cold snap. Some will ride around in special buses at night. Basically, there’s a lot available, if they want it.
