Sanford and Son co star passes Grady Demond Wilson passes away at 79

He was a good looking man, too. Rest in Peace.

We watched “Sanford and Son” a lot in the office. I really liked the episode where Lamont took a job moving a piano and got Fred to help. The guy that owned the piano was a sissy-type man and he required the 2 men moving the piano to put on slippers. I forget which one of the 2 guys did it, but either Lamont or Fred put on slippers that looked like Elf slippers. It was funny.
 
I was saddened when one of my good friends texted me about his death. He was such a cutie. After he left Sanford and Son, he became an ordained minister in 1984. He also wrote Christian books for children. I'm surprised to see that he appeared in something as late as 2023, having taken an 18 year hiatus from acting. May he rest peacefully in Paradise.
