he never did show up. i just turned my phone off and went and played animal crossing. i was getting fed up with the public treasure islands so i subscribed to the channel i like so i have member access which is easier to use. not so much traffic. it's only a few dollars a month. i can cancel it when i want.

i got a bunch of stuff tonight for my island and tomorrow i can start making the outhouse. lol!
 
morning everyone. got woke up by the wind this morning. it's kinda ugly outside today. glad i'm in the house where it's warm and cozy. except for the air leaks in the windows. :rolleyes: i found some tape i can get to seal the leaks with. i think i will work on that this summer as i gradually get my blinds ordered.

so this morning i got on the xbox to find my friend on there playing. he never showed last night. never even texted me to play. so i went in and reset all my privacy stuff so i don't show up on the xbox and turned off all the multiplayer stuff and blocked him and this other gal that is never on. i get tired of being taken advantage of and taken for granted. if this is the best they can do they don't need to play with me. i'm good by myself.

i will also try to find some new weather stripping for the doors to help with the leaks. anyway, not in as much pain today. not sure what was up yesterday. i turned my phone off for the day because i don't really wanna talk to anyone today irl. i need a break. they told us at work if they have a code gray and we're on vacation and we're in town we will get called in to help. i don't think that's right at all. they barely give us any vacation time as it is. i don't think they should be calling us in when we're on vacation. code gray is mass casualty but i don't know why they can't manage with the staff that's there. maybe i'm a heartless shrew.

i bet if the boss is on vacay she won't come in. probably gonna work on finishing a dress i was working on in animal crossing today. i have some links saved to find more clothes that people have designed. the outhouse thing being outside isn't working the way i want it to so i might put it indoors. it's not right outside. i put french doors in the bedroom upstairs. i will look to see if anyone made an outhouse door.
 
so i changed the apron on the brown dress and put one on the blue dress. i'm gonna attempt to make a dress with the apron like the one from the suddenly amish show. i couldn't find anything for the little bonnet so i have a wedding veil that is short and the do with the two little white bun covers. that's as close as i could get. the baby bonnet wasn't in just plain white and the milkmaid bonnet looked ridiculous. lol!

i found another adventure game in minecraft i wanna get. i forgot what the name was off hand.
 
Concerning your new diet, when starting a new way of eating you may feel horrible for a week or two. Your body has to get used to it. I know when starting keto/low carbs there is such a thing as the "keto flu". I never got it myself because I had gone from Atkins to keto easily. You need to get past that because your body is getting rid of all the toxins caused by your previous way of eating. Dr. Berry always says to give it 90 days which is the way with most new things (supplements as well as food).

there is also a gluten detox aka a flu that can make you feel worse for a while too. thank you for the information. most of my symptoms have settled down but they got worse first. the rash on my arms is gone. my scalp almost gone. i feel better and worse at the same time. lol

so i've been gluten free for at least a week now. although i've had some foods that are considered gluten free but still have the 20 or less ppm? or something like that which makes them considered gf. and i've had foods that were exposed to some brief cross contam like when they warm my grilled chicken up on the grill at work which is a bit unavoidable. i don't trust them to nuke it a few for me.

the rash on my arm is pretty much gone. so is the itch. the scalp still itches and has flakes but that has been improving a little at a time. sinuses have worsened a smidge along with the cough but i have read that this will settle down with time as well as the body aches i am currently experiencing. i am fatigued and not sleeping well. i have experienced some nausea. the constipation i was having stopped when i switched to this diet. but in general because of the detox i feel like hell right now. headaches and all.

i was so miserable last night, i went to bed around 10 or 11 on the sofa since it was so cold in the bedroom. a few hours later i went back to the bedroom and hooked up the cpap til my nose plugged up and i couldn't breathe through it at all. then just dozed off and on til my alarm went off.

friday when i got home i managed to get the tens unit pads fastened to part of my back close to where my agony was and used it on that and that helped a lot. will probably have to again tonight too. i got that one world on minecraft i wanted and it wasn't working right so i basically got screwed outta $10. left a message for the developer.

hopefully the kdhe will be done with whatever they were doing last week and be gone from the building. maybe our new boss won't spend all his time either writing us up or threatening us with our jobs like the current gal does. how can you expect to build a team of workers when you are constantly threatening them with their livelyhood and expect new hires to want to stay on? maybe that's why they didn't want her for this position. we've lost a lot of staff since she's been training to take over for the director. as a person i like her. as a boss...not so much.

finished watching suddenly amish. they started with 6 regular people and only 2 stayed. no clue if there will be more seasons. i find it odd that such a strict religious sect has so many that disobey the rules and swear. i guess the devil will work his way in anywhere.

I'm sure it makes your work hours even more difficult to get through.
Did you get any bit of shut eye or rest, earlier, today before you had to get ready to go out?

Not getting adequate rest and hurting so badly makes for a miserable shift.

Tonight's fare is coconut curry chicken. No clue if it's gf. Will find out. It's yummy. Having it with rice and green beans.

Day housekeeper called in and her replacement had to go home so they pulled the laundry gal to work my unit.
Quite the day already.

Happy 🐫 Day...

I think I'll be ok now. Just needed a quick breather from the place. Something had upset me and I just needed to get away from it for a tiny bit to think. Anyway, feeling a little better this morning. I wasn't in as much pain after work as normal and slept a little better last night. Didn't wake up hurting as badly either. Just wish the cpap wouldn't give my sinuses such a hard time. I swear ever since the Roflumilast kicked in though, I can breathe better without the cpap. The cpap is more smothering now that I can breathe better on my own.

Maybe if the gf diet helps alleviate the sinus issues I've been having because of it, maybe I can go back to my cpap without problems. IDK yet. I played a little Animal Crossing while watching tv last night and spent a little time deleting bookmarks I don't need on the laptop and organizing them better. Not done with that yet.

It's gonna be in the 80s and 90s the next few days and then the 60s on the weekend. It's just nuts for it to be this hot so early in the year. I am rather worried about how hot it will be this summer.

Since I decided to stop driving I found out where to go to get an ID card. It says the ID card will be a little cheaper than the drivers license.

I was laughing so hard last night at the Neighborhood Watch show when this lady was trying to sneak a birthday card over to her friends house and she's trying to crawl to avoid being seen by the Ring doorbell. You could still see her and then when she was backing up she stuck her bottom in the air and that made me laugh even harder! LMBO!!!!

I plan to watch the next episode of Watson and Marshals tonight. I guess The Madison isn't about Beth and Rip. That one will be Dutton Ranch. I'm not all that interested in The Madison. I do want to see DR when he gets it put out. He can't possibly have much of a home life or sleep much with all these series he has to write on and he keeps adding new ones.

Things at work have been odd. All the other employees are in the midst of a bunch of drama. I been just chillin and staying in my area and I don't sit with anyone at breaks and I don't talk much to the others so I'm kinda outside of whatever is going on there. There's a couple of us that just avoid the others altogether cuz we're not interested in the day to day pettiness. Even in the unit some of them have their own dramas going on so I just kinda keep to myself. It's just easier. Last day to work until Friday. 🪟🛏️🚽🚿🧹🧻🪣🧽

Tomorrow while I'm off I plan to be 🎮 for sure. Trying to work through a glitch on Palia to friend a gal from another forum so we can play together. Might have to use the player support thing to get help.
