@1 deep green on the left great when grated & combined with dark green plantains make tasty dumplings for soup.
#2 great for making tostones. If tostones isn't part of your culinary vocabulary you are missing a really good alterative to French fries.
3,4 & 5 I'd wait until ripeness gets to #6 for cereal or just snacking
#7 good for making a variety of deserts.
The pic on the far right in this group of pics sliced are really good fried to top vanilla ice cream. A little tricky to handle but worth the effort.

The joke that I never understood when I was a kid: Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.
In the UK to understand something that had been puzzling you is known by the euphemism: "The penny dropped." What the penny refers to are those infuriating vending machines that eat your money but don't deliver your goods.
When the penny dropped in the vending machine, it simply meant that it triggered all the correct mechanism and you collected your prize.
I was about eight maybe nine when the euphemistic penny dropped, realising that time flies is a verb and fruit flies a noun. I wasn't a bright kid.

I enjoy 2 but always manage to use them all.
Bananas are one of the last great values in the grocery store but banana management can be a bit frustrating for a single person so I don’t always keep them on hand.
A dish of sliced bananas in heavy cream with a sprinkle of granulated sugar was one of my grandmother’s favorite treats, I still fix them that way every now and then.

I don't like bananas once they start getting brown spots, when I was a kid in the UK my father used to put a banana or two aside to go really brown before he would eat them. But then he was a person that made a fried egg sandwich to eat cold and greasy on a long road trip.
I do recall my first banana after the war and I thought they were the most exotic thing ever - my own kids are very blazé about them, they look as me as if I am mad if I suggest a banana sandwich or in a bowl with milk for breakfast. (I can't bring myself to tell them that as a kid my favourite breakfast was hot bread and milk with a bit of sugar)
