My dad passed away. He was only 61 years old! Renal carcinoma. He sure enjoyed a big jug of iced tea on a hot summer day.

@debodun , you never forget losing family, my mother passed 51 years ago, this past April 23rd, breast cancer that metastasized. She was 53.

I can understand it being a rough day for you. I feel the same on the days when my parents passed. I do still feel them with me though, especially when I am going through a rough time.

43 years ago.... might seem like a long time to other people... but it it isn;t when you've lost someone...

My mum died 53 years ago.. when i was 18 and I still think of it today.... and never forget her birthday or the anniversary of her death

My dad died of his first and only heart attack at age 48. I was 21 and he is a constant in my mind to this day.

It was probably a joke photo, although my mom said that dad got really thirsty in warm weather. I've had the occasion to be so thirsty that the amount in that jug would seem like a sip.
