When I was in the service oh so long ago, the guys were always teasing me about California falling in the sea some fine day. I just told them I was lookin' forward to heading home and goin' with it. Looks like the time is near . . .

Animals acting crazy is often considered a sign of pending earth shakin' rock-n-rollin'. Once, noticed our cat and her kitten running around acting whacky and that afternoon . . . earthquake.
 
They've had a bad one in the Phillipines, couple of hundred dead but there seems to be more attention given a 300 year old mud brick church returning to it's dusty origins than to the death toll. I have to wonder about News editors sometimes....
