2 Year Old Saves his Twin Brother

The first thing I thought of when I saw this on the morning news is...What the HELL was this father doing making a UTube video of this accident...rather than jumping into action and lifting the dresser off his child??? I hope the authorities look at this incident and bring some appropriate charges of "child endangerment" against the person taking this video.
 
It was actually recorded on a Nanny-cam that was in the kids room. That being said, the mom posted it specifically as a warning to other parents to secure furniture like this, to prevent accidents. I remember just last year IKEA sent out kits to everyone who had their chests, because of such a thing happening
