This Texas accident case you may have heard about is really bad. I would have preferred life without parole if I'd been the judge. The medication Clonazepam was mistakenly called an antidepressant in the article, but it was a benzo ordered for a panic disorder. He was also prescribed Lexapro (antidepressant) and a sleeping pill. He had been smoking weed also prior to the accident. What it doesn't say is that his cell phone had many text messages about various drugs that he sold. He was not using the cell phone at the time of the accident even though afterward he mentioned that he'd been texting. If his doctor didn't know what a drug abuser he was, I don't really blame the doctor. If he did, then no excuses.
