Here's another really delicious 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe. My husband especially enjoyed them since they were prepared with Kroger's Honey Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter.

3 Ingredient Honey Flavored Peanut Butter Cookies
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 8 Minutes
Yields: 47 Cookies
1 cup Kroger's Creamy Honey Roasted Peanut Butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Large egg
1.) Line a large nonstick cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F. (The first time I made these cookies, I had new baking/cookie sheets, so I didn't use parchment paper.)
2.) In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Mix until smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
3.) Using a small-size spoon or cookie scoop, scoop up the cookie dough (about 1 Tablespoon per each cookie), then shape into round balls and place them onto the already prepared cookie sheet.
4.) Delicately press the top of the cookie dough with the prongs of a fork, to slightly flatten the cookie dough.
5.) Place baking/cookie sheet in preheated 350°F. oven for 6 to 8 minutes. (I baked mine for 7 minutes, plus I removed them immediately after baking. The cookies are done when the bottoms barely begin to brown.)
6.) Remove baking sheet from the oven and allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, before serving, or transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
7.) Yields: 47 cookies (1-1/2-inch in diameter).
8.) Note: If desired, after placing cookie dough on baking/cookie sheet, and delicately press the top of the cookie dough with the prongs of a fork, I then sprinkled a few colorful Betty Crocker Rainbow Jimmies on top of the cookie dough before baking them.
