One more. This 7:38 minute Kurzgesagt science video does a terrific job summarizing the current state of our body's microbiome. One thing it doesn't state is how those people that too frequently take antibiotics actually kill their microbiomes that then need to be rebuilt. Another is how one might drink yogurt with probiotics to more quickly restore a healthy microbiome . My favorite is the Kefir brand that I will consume a bit off when I feel even slight gastrointestinal tract unpleasantness and have come to recognize it really does have positive effects.
