I just heard on the news that an 18 y/o attacked a 4 y/o with a tire tool. The 18 y/o struck the child twice in the head before her father could stop the woman. The father and child were just out shopping when it happened. They said the woman was a transient. HFL, can you find out. More?

Yes Selena, that was subject I saw on the news. The woman must be having mental problems. This kind of crime is hard to foresee, much less protect our families from them. That child, aside from the physical pain, will always have trust issues.

As the mentally ill were sent into the streets instead of getting treatment more and more of this has happened.
