It just appeared on my desktop. I looked it up and indications are that is a file from the SEC. Why they would send me this is beyond my understanding. I deleted it anyway.

I know almost nothing about tech topics, but if something appeared on your desktop that you didn't put there, it'd be a good idea to run a virus scan.

Deb, you're still running Windows 7 if I remember correctly. If so, your computer is vulnerable to bugs and viruses.
