Has COVID interrupted you exercise routines so you're not as agile and strong as you used to be? Do you have balance issues? Try these exercises. I sometimes have balance issues and I certainly need to be using my weights, so I'm going to try them. We used to do similar exercises at the senior center. I miss it. https://www.aarp.org/health/healthy-living/info-2021/strength-balance-moves.html

It was not Covid that interrupted my exercise routine but my distorted mentality. Depression and anxiety set in and I needed to go on medication which causes weight gain. Then I tore a rotator cuff so couldn’t do my yoga any more. Soon I’ll be getting back to my usual lifestyle again with a complete change of scenery.

Covid hasn't interrupted my exercises at all but I haven't been motivated to do them. I'm very good at finding excuses not to do them. A few of those exercises you posted the PT gave me after I dislocated my knee a few years back and my leg muscles are very weak. I really need to start them again. Maybe next week. I have to fill the kids Easter baskets. lol

I do a few of those plus a few others. My physical therapist used to do tai-chi with me. That's good for balance, too. I don't lift weights because my hands and lower back are still sort of messed up, but I use a chin-up bar. It has straps that go around my wrists in case I lose my grip.

Due to all the gyms being closed I was happy to get some good money for my gym equipment. I had some really good weight lifting equipment I got rid of for almost what I paid for.
