Funny video. Whenever I used fresh garlic, I just smashed with the side of a butter knife, I rarely use more than a few cloves. I always have a tiny jar of crushed garlic in the fridge and plain old garlic powder for a lot of things. Years back when I had a cold, I'd smash the cloves and eat them raw. I don't mind the taste or smell of garlic at all. I do have a garlic press that I used a few times, but like he said, a lot of it gets stuck in there.
Potato goodness: Thinking of peeling skin off before "chowing down"
on a potato? Think again...The skin contains more nutrients per ounce
than the potato flesh.
Not only that, but potato skins are crispy and delicious when cooked.
