One Battle After Another and Adolescence dominate 83rd Golden Globes

I really enjoyed One Battle After Another once it got past the first part, which took place in the '70s, I believe. I wanted to walk out during that part, but then it really picked up when it moved into present day. Leonardo DiCaprio's character was hilarious! He seemed like he modeled it after The Dude in The Big Lebowski -- bathrobe and all, but it worked.

The series Adolescence on Netflix was intense.

I haven't seen any of the other films that won or were nominated.

I'm beginning to believe that DiCaprio's best roles are the ones where he's a little stupid or goofy. He seems natural for those, and plays them to a T.

As a black comedy? IMO the movie may have been black, bu tit missed with the comedy part.

When I saw the picture I knew that the gal who played Beverly Hills would get an award. The award was for the character she played (which is still fashionable), not her acting. You go, girl !

The Hollywood cult hasn't changed a bit.
