The men have denied but they have dna from at least 4 of them.

Today with DNA evidence, they can be certain they have the right ones. I would hope these countries try and screen the applicants. They may have committed crime in their own country. I say this only because it's hard to imagine someone doing something like that and ruining their status or going to prison.
