A 46 year old mother of 4 ordered a Hit on her 12 year old daughter...

This woman paid the equivelent of $1250 .. in Rubles ( which is a lot of money in Russia)... to drown her 12 year old daughter because she was tired of her

The little girl had overheard the conversation , and the 36 year old man while pretending to walk her to her death told her she was going to be safe with him...took her to his home and called the Police who arrested the mother...

The woman had offered to pay cash for drowning her in Bolshaya Karaganka River, he told officers.

Police detained the woman who faces up to 15 years in jail for incitement to murder a minor, if convicted.

She was 'unable to explain her actions' when quizzed by officers.

The girl has been placed in care with two siblings, aged 17 and six.

The detained woman also has an adult daughter, 18.

Mother daughter relationships can be combative to say the least. A 12 year can be bratty and vicious. But as the adult in the room that should not have even been a passing thought. And as a parent it's basically at least a 21 year commitment. If a child is that much of a burden it's time to ask for help or give up for adoption

But I see mothers who seem to resent their daughters and/or consider them a burden in more ways than one. And I've seen some resentment and frustration on 4-5 year olds. One mother in the neighborhood pulls her child around by an arm like a dog on a leash. The dad is much more patient lets them walk at own pace.
