We are unpacked enough that we were able to have a very low-key, belated, shared birthday celebration for Ron and granddaughter Lucy. They were both born on 19 September, 67 years apart!
I love this last one. I’m doing some cleanup while Granddaughter River’s making biscuits to go with the big pot of beef barley soup I had simmering all day.
She’s already a fantastic cook at 13!
