Right. There is not only an arm on the wall next to him, but an additional person (in a uniform) next to that one. So even if she'd have jumped, they'd likely have been able to save him and (because they're handcuffed) her.First, it does not say how high it is, nor does it indicate if an air cushion or net is below. Plus I have no doubt he was restrained below, either mechanically or by others. Notice the arm on the wall next to him, someone is down there bracing it seems.
