A bridge too far - Another phrase heard more often recently

It seems, around here, that a lot of younger people can't say a sentence without injecting the word ''Like". Then, most of these TV commercials for Lawyers use the phrase "I've got this". Language trends change with every generation, and some of it is almost comical...IMO.
