Yes, I agree, PP......there are still small acreage spots around here too. I think this man did an exceptional job of utilizing the space in building this tiny house.I think this is a great idea. Itās especially good for those who were self employed and maybe didnāt save for retirement or those looking to afford a place to raise their family since the divorce etc. Finding a place to plant your tiny home can be a hassle due to laws. Here where we live there are many areas where this is allowed. Itās seems to be a better alternative than becoming homeless.
Absolutely. It was well planned. Yes it took him 10 years but he was working full time. By the time he retired, he had it finished in time to move in permanently.. I think it was a great transition time wise which gave him time to work out the nitty gritty details. If I were a bit younger Iād go for this.
