It was one of the ingredients used in a Mexican corn salad..
that 'sounds' so good...that I' m going to try.

Has anyone used? And, what do you think about it?

I've never made anything with it but have had it on dishes at Mexican restaurants. It's very good. Let us know if you make something using it, please.

I had it (or something very similar) in Mexico. Not gross or anything. Give it a try!

Crumble it and top salads, tacos, enchiladas with it. It's mild and compliments any Mexican dish.
I use it often.

It's a dry fresh cheese, like feta it crumbles easily. It isn't salted or fermented, so is essentially very, very mild. Similar to fresh cottage cheese - really fresh, like farm-fresh.
