It was one of the ingredients used in a Mexican corn salad..
that 'sounds' so good...that I' m going to try.

Has anyone used? And, what do you think about it?🤗
 

I've never made anything with it but have had it on dishes at Mexican restaurants. It's very good. Let us know if you make something using it, please.
 

It's a dry fresh cheese, like feta it crumbles easily. It isn't salted or fermented, so is essentially very, very mild. Similar to fresh cottage cheese - really fresh, like farm-fresh.
