I have received a chat message regarding a forum story I might have
started long ago? Anyway, I've since apparently forgotten. So I've suggested
to this nice forum member that perhaps she might start a new one for fun.
She does not want to and says no one will join in.

SO, I will go ahead and start one..

TITLE OF THIS STORY WILL BE: *A WALK IN THE FOREST*

My story name will be 'Forest Lady'.

Forest Lady had on her hiking boots and off she went for the day.
She came upon a curve in the forest that was leading her to.....

 

[Elsie]

a culvert and on its other side a dark cave

 

[Naturally]

Forest Lady paused, listening to the wind whisper through the trees.

 

[IrishEyes]

She could also hear a slight rustling below her so she looked down

 

[Elsie]

something giving off a raspy breathing sound was closing in

 

[LadyEmeraude]

she stood still with fear in her eyes

 

[Naturally]

Her grip tightened on the walking stick in her hand.

From underneath a Mulberry bush crawled a teeny Leprechaun towards her

 

[Elsie]

And she remembered the warning of some creepy, sharp toothed Leprechaun

 

[Naturally]

So this was the creepy Leprechaun, though honestly, he looked more like he’d gotten lost on his way to a cereal box.

 

[Elsie]

But his appearance of weakness wasn't gonna fool her

 

[-Oy-]

Hoping for some remnant chocolate chips from the cereal box - she stepped forward...

If that Leprechaun gets smacked the fire breathing dragon won't be far behind

She found the chocolate she hadn't gobbled up and flung them at the Leprechaun but his buddy, the fire breathing dragon, melted them all

The dragon quickly began looking for the pot of gold. He found it but it was full of Irish Whiskey, not gold.

The leprechaun reappeared, drank down the whisky quickly and yelled...

 

[Elsie]

Mine all mine, the gold's at the bottom of the pot!

In the meantime on the other side of the forest was a lumberjack

 

[Elsie]

Seeing him, she sneakily backed away from the arguing leprechaun and dragon and ran to him

 

[dusty]

He was well built with a bushy dark beard and kind eyes.

Forest Lady's breath quickened
