I recently had my annual mammogram and when I received the results, at the bottom of the page it said that AI was used in the screening.
Nobody asked my permission to use AI. I didn’t sign any consent to use AI.
I am not happy about this. I am wondering where the data from my medical test is going and who might see it.
I feel that using AI without my consent is a violation of Hippa. This was done at John Hopkins imaging…supposedly one of the best hospitals in the world. How do you all feel about this? Would you be bothered?
