I'm not talking about the arrogance that is shown when by some standing in line to pay for groceries. I'm referring to the reality that in so many cases we are just taking a number taking a seat because that's how a system was devised. Traveling through a matter of my health these days it is so discouraging that we to often seen as just one more, rather than a person.
