A new discovery

I was looking for a skillet to make gravy to go with or mashed potatoes. The first thing I came to was our flat bottom wok. I said why not and used it for the gravy. I won't use a regular skillet again for making gravy. The wok is much better.

Why not just buy a sauce skillet?

Sounds like a good idea, Larry. Unfortunately for me, my wok is cast iron and I don't just "whip it out" since it is seriously heavy. I usually just make gravy in the skillet with drippings from whatever meat I was cooking.
