A Question of Balance?

It seems that life, the world and universe operates to maintain equilibrium/balance as seen in everyday events, birth, death, and personality types. If every person was a leader, there would be no one to support the leader. if everyone were narcissistic, imagine what kind of society that would be? If everyone were passive nothing would get done because no one is there to direct them. If everyone were old, humanity would fade away, if everyone were young, no one would be there to teach them.

Life fascinates me. If everyone after reading this post commented that would be fascinating as well.
It's a question of balance.
