Hello everybody
I'm Laurie and I live in the East Neuk of Fife, in Scotland.
Age 76, now retired. Did forty years in the RAF as a weapons and explosives engineer, then ten years as a Health & Safety Officer in a large FE College.
Married but live alone, my wife, of 53 years, is in full time care. We managed alone for sixteen years after two strokes (hers) and one heart attack (mine!) but I finally had to admit failure in April this year. (Yes, I know all the conventional wisdom, but people of our generation tend to remember the bit about "in sickness and in health"!)
