A village with a secret..

This is the picture postcard village of Crail in S.E.Scotland. When an unsuspecting man bought a property nearby, he got a real shock. The house was the disguised entrance for a massive fully equipped nuclear bunker built during the 'Cold war'. It was designed to be the local seat of government if a nuclear war broke out. It was last used during the Coal miners' strike when there were fears of revolution in the UK. The 'Secret bunker' is now a fascinating and somewhat scary tourist attraction.
