A weird dream last night

Grampa Don

Yep, that's me
I dreamed I was in the kitchen and my mother walked in the back door. She was dressed up like she might be going to church or something. She didn't say anything, but she was crying. I don't remember ever seeing her cry. I hugged her and told her I loved her. And then I woke up. She passed away over 40 years ago.

I wonder why I would dream such a thing. I mean, all my dreams are kind of nutty, but this one sort of creeps me out.

Once, a long time ago when things were looking bad at work, my wife dreamed that my mother told her not to worry, that we would be alright. And, we were. My wife believed it was a real message.

Hi Don. I'm sorry the dream creeped you out but, I do think sometimes relatives communicate with us from the grave when something is about to happen. My grandmother on my mom's side died when I was 13. The day before my miscarriage I was driving down the highway with the windows all open and I couldn't smell the air. All I could smell was her Rosemilk hand lotion.

Several times before when I needed comfort I had that same experience. The next day I lost my baby. I think it was her way of letting me know and trying to comfort me.

I hope it's just turns out to be just a bad dream and not something foreboding. šŸ¤—
