A word about schizophrenia

My first diagnosis was given the prestigious title of Borderline Schizophrenia. The name of diagnosis changed to Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia spectrum is divided into schizoaffective bipolar and schizoaffective depressive disorder, mine is the latter.
Medications for treating symptomatic schizophrenia are safer with less side effects than early psychotropic medicines. Morbid obesity, enlarged breast, dry mouth, sexual side effects, involuntary mouth and facial movements, drooling, auditory and visionary hallucinations, hearing voices, and an occasional bad day makes me uniquely different from most people. Or am I? Everyone knows hardship and everyone has an occasional bad day, so you see, everyone is the same after all.

I liked it in years gone by, in the long ago past, when it was simply pellagra.
I have no idea if info is still available online or not, or old volumes / publications might be found, but maybe someone else knows or can find out ? It cannot be patented so don't expect regular channels to be helpful at all.

truthfully, I am an alien with a fluid imagination of an unknown origin.
