When my husband and I first heard this story on the news, about this woman who said some man came into her home, watched her, and left a 'selfie' on her cell phone, we both agreed that it was a creepy thing for him to do, and that would freak anybody out.
Well, it turns out, the curtains behind the man in the "selfie" were not even the curtains in her home. Her husband was a friend of this guy, and somehow his photo was forwarded via social media.
Seems it took them a week or so to clear him, even though they knew of his innocence earlier. In the interim he's been fearing being arrested for something he didn't do, etc.
From what I heard on the news tonight, all he wants is a public retraction from the cops, to gain his reputation back and make his innocence known...don't think they're rushing to help this poor guy out...http://www.9news.com/news/article/378359/188/Accused-selfie-stalker-innocent
