Another favorite TV star I've liked for yrs,Mike Farrell is 79 today
His best known TV role was"BJ Hunnicut" on long running CBS TV show,'MASH" '72-'83. He joined the show in '75 when Wayne Rogers 'Trapper John' left in a contract dispute.I thought the show became better with Mike there.
His other TV roles:
"Dr James Hansen" in NBC drama "Providence' '99-'02
HIs most recent role was guest shot on 9 part mini series'Assassination of Gianni Versace" on F/X
Mike has been happily married to his 2nd wife,actress, Shelly Fabares for over 30yrs.He has 2 kids with his first wife. Sue
