The daughter of actor Paul Walker wants to sue Porsche for selling a flawed car, the same model her dad was killed in after he voluntarily went for a fast ride at a party in car that was only driven a couple of times in a year in an urban environment rather than the open road or race track the car was ment for.

I think the wife has already sued.

Frankly, that seems totally nuts to me and just a grab for money. 150 kmph is crazy fast on a city street and I'm betting that if I drove like that in the Flex or Jetta we used to have and then hit three trees after 'missing a turn', we'd burst into flames too and be trapped in the car.

That's nuts -- it wasn't the car's fault, it was the driver! Some people are always looking for someone to sue, so sue the driver maybe. But the car manufacturer --nuts.

Exactly, it's built for speed, speeds not intended for curves or hitting debris, fluids or bumps.
