Actress Terri Garr pass at 79

One of those actress that maybe didn't get the fame and rolls other actresses did but she got plenty of work and most knew who she was.

Young Frankenstein and Tootsie were some of her more famous roles. Got her start appearing with Elvis. Apparently MS is what did her in

I never understood the hate this episode gets from "fandom" even today. Sure, it was a crossover pilot for a new series we never got but I don't get how it "broke Star Trek" in any way.

There were far worse episodes.

Ah geez, this is the first I've heard of Garr's passing.

She never got the big starring roles, but was always perfect in her portrayals. My favorites of hers are Young Frankenstein, The Conversation, and Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

It surprised me to see that she was 3 months younger than I.
